Dealer auction access, step by step.
Apex Auto Auction is a proxy bidding service, not a dealership. You choose the vehicle, set the maximum bid, and Apex bids on your behalf at a licensed dealer auction.
Review vehicles listed for upcoming dealer auctions. Inventory is organized by auction date so you always see what is coming up next.
Review each vehicle's photos, mileage, auction grade, condition information, location, title, and estimated price range.
Contact Apex before bidding to clarify anything about the available listing information.
Choose the maximum vehicle bid you authorize Apex to place. Auction fees, Apex fees, transportation, taxes, and title costs may be added separately.
Submit your deposit to secure the bid. Deposit terms are disclosed in your bid summary before you commit.
Apex places bids up to your approved maximum, attempting to purchase the vehicle for the lowest winning amount available within that limit.
If the bid does not win, your deposit is handled per our deposit policy. If it wins, the purchase becomes subject to the applicable agreement and payment requirements.
Complete payment by the disclosed deadline. Apex handles title transfer, temporary registration, and coordinates pickup or enclosed transportation.
